Mosaic Workshop in June in Santa Barbara

The workshop will be held from 10 til 4 on Saturday and from 12 til 3 on Sunday. Everyone will leave the workshop with a finished piece.
Bring your own broken pottery or broken tile or use what’s been collected already from the “boneyard”.
The Workshop is $175, paypal is preferred… includes all the materials.

Exhibit in 29 Palms

I believe that pictures do say a lot more than words but I would like to say a few things regarding my recent show in 29 Palms. First of all a BIG thank you to Gretchen for being such a fabulous gallery hostess. Had the walls painted magenta and orange before I even got into town. We even had fire dancing thanks to Anna “Astralina Galaxina” Houghton. Also thank you to all those who came to see the art. The idea of exhibiting in three mediums was new to me… but I felt the effect was infectious or something… like that.

The Buddhas and Birds show is still up til the end of the month of April in 29 Palms at the 29 Palms Creative Center.

Just would like to say thank you to Lark and all the Buddha Abide’s folks which I have yet to meet. The First Thursday event with music by monkey-c Gamelon music was just stunningly beautiful and inspiring. So many people were out for a wonderful evening at The Frameworks in Santa Barbara. The art work exhibited was exquisite and divine. Thank you again for a great event. Here is another detail from one of my mosaics at the Buddha Abides show. Meanwhile around the corner at Santa Barbara Arts, local painter, Natalie Wilson had an opening of gorgeous paintings of intimate scenes of Santa Barbara, don’t miss it!
